When I looked around the van I can honestly say it was way better than I expected and although the vehicle was 4 years and 44k on the clock it felt like I was buying new van and it drove like one.

A rare find with dealerships these days. Absolutely no hassling to sell the van or the usual comment of "we have someone coming later today to look so need a deposit". Delivered to me when stated and such an easy smooth purchase. Very well priced, couple of issues noted on the test drive which without hesitation were corrected. Fantastic service and will be purchasing our vans from here in the future.

Whilst shopping around online for a family car we found a listing at FTE that ticked all the boxes. We headed over to take a look, and were immediately impressed by the business. Matt was friendly, informative, and direct - that and a test drive convinced us that this was the place to buy from. I am so grateful to Fred at FTE Autos, I purchased a really nice van from them but unfortunately it was stolen a short time after.
I called them to see if there were any other Van's of a similar price range but unfortunately the only one they had was a bit far out of my price range as it had done 120k less millage! plus it was a premium Edition. Lets just day I'm now the proud owner of that van and this company held onto it for me until I had enough to buy it, they turned a very nasty experience with having the van stolen into a big smile.

Thank you so much FTE Autos for helping me out and knocking off a chunk more of the price to help us out with the cost.

Fred and Matt are top guys, easy to deal with and no hard sales or pressure. They simply done what they said they were going to do which maybe doesn't sound much but in this world it really is. Well after looking around for many weeks at different vans . I found FTE Autos i walked in met the sales man Matt I was overwhelmed with there customer service. Paid my deposit on the van I had chosen went back to pick it up a few days later the van up will fully serviced and full mot & the van had been fully valeted . Excellent all round company definitely recommend to anyone looking for a van .

FTE Autos Ltd - top guys!
I wanted to trade in my transit van for a newer one and spoke to several garages. FTE really put me at ease by being straightforward open and honest. I expressed an interest in a Transit Custom and they sent me a walk-round video of the vehicle and made a point of trying to show some minor dents and dings. FTE are a couple of hours drive from where I live but I was happy to go the extra distance as I had confidence that as sellers they would be fair with me. They'd given me a guide price for part exchange on my van over the 'phone; they looked at it in the flesh and promptly raised the offer by £250. FTE were great to deal with, there was no pressure, they were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, and sold me a great van at a good price with a fair trade-in for mine. I'd happily recommend them to anyone and wouldn't hesitate to deal with them again - top guys!
